Oreo-stuffed Brownie Cheesecake Bars Ingredients
- 1 package pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 package Double Stuf Oreos (use 16-20 depending on size of pan)
- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients required)
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 dash cinnamon
Oreo-stuffed Brownie Cheesecake Bars Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line 9x13in baking pan with parchment paper, or grease with cooking oil
Layer 1- Cookie Dough
- Press cookie dough evenly to bottom of baking pan
Layer 2- Oreos
- Place Oreos in a single layer, evenly spaced on top of the cookie dough
Layer 3- Brownie Batter
- Make the brownie batter per the directions on the box.
- Pour about half of the batter over the Oreos, until cookies are covered.
Layer 4-Cheesecake
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each
- Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Once smooth, add 1-2 dashes of cinnamon, to taste
- Pour into pan, smoothing to make an even layer
Final Layer- Brownie
- Pour remaining brownie batter over cheesecake and spread evenly. Option to swirl the brownie batter and cheesecake for a fun twist
- Bake for 45-60 minutes. The edges should be set and the center should have a slight jiggle
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before slicing and serving
