This is a standard meal from start to finish with respect to overall time. While there’s a fair amount of prep, the cooking is simple and everything ends up in a single pan – which leads to an easy cleanup!

Sweet soy glaze + pork ramen stock concentrate + Szechuan paste + vinegar + peanut butter + a bit of sugar = an amazing, unique combination of ingredients that really bring this meal together. It perfectly coats the ramen noodles while providing a complimentary flavor profile to the rest of the meal. It’s something you wouldn’t normally make – but it is definitely something you’ll want to try.

HelloFresh’s Szechuan Pork Noodle Stir Fry is and will remain one of our favorites. The sauce really brings everything together – it’s probably one of the most unique flavors out of any meal HelloFresh provides (and we also love ramen). This meal is fun and it tastes fantastic.
Rating
We always order this when it’s available – the sauce is just so good (bonus: you’ll learn how a wide range of flavors can come together to create something special) and it elevates the ENTIRE meal. While there might be better overall meals, the end product of this one always surprises us. It’s so unique and one we definitely recommend trying.
